The best AI visibility and GEO tools for B2B SaaS in 2026
The best AI visibility and GEO tools: Peec AI for a public price, Profound for enterprise, AthenaHQ for wide engine lists, Otterly.AI from $29. Plus AI rank trackers and LLM SEO tools.
The best AI visibility and GEO tools for B2B SaaS in 2026 are Peec AI for a public price and daily data, Profound for enterprise coverage, AthenaHQ for wide engine lists, Scrunch for audits and AI-agent readiness, and Otterly.AI for the lowest entry price. Each one shows how often ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and others name you. None of them books you onto the pages AI quotes.
We checked ten trackers on their own sites on 31 October 2026: price, engines, how they collect answers and what source data they show. Prices change often, so each entry links to the page we read. After the list you will find what trackers can't do, and a separate section on Rank Monthly, which is not a tracker.
We scored each tool on five things a B2B SaaS team needs, in this order of weight:
Engines covered on the plan you can actually buy, not only on Enterprise. ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, Perplexity and Claude matter most for software buyers.
Prompt method: how answers are collected (the real chat interface or an API), how often prompts run and whether you pick them.
Citation and source data: does the tool show which pages the answer used, so you know where to act?
B2B fit: competitor share of voice, several markets, seats for a team, API or exports for reporting.
Public price: can you see what you will pay before a sales call?
We did not test data accuracy ourselves. Vendors describe their own methods, and we report them as stated. AI answers change from run to run, so any tool's number is a sample.
Which AI visibility and GEO tools are best for B2B SaaS?
The best AI visibility and GEO tools for B2B SaaS (checked 31 October 2026)
1
1. Peec AI
Best for: SaaS teams that want daily data at a public price
Peec AI is the most complete tracker with a public price. It collects answers by scraping the chat interface, which is closer to what buyers see than an API. Starter is $95 a month for 50 prompts, with source and citation analytics on every plan. The catch: Claude is only on Enterprise, and Perplexity is a paid add-on.
Good
Public prices: $95, $245 and $495 a month
UI scraping, stated in its docs
Citation share and source types on every plan
Unlimited seats
Says 3,500+ brands and agencies use it
Watch out
3 active models out of 6 on self-serve plans
Claude only on Enterprise, Perplexity a paid add-on
Best for: Enterprise teams that need every engine and a full platform
Profound covers up to nine engines and captures answers from the browser, not the API. It runs every tracked prompt daily and adds prompt volumes, ChatGPT Shopping, agents and SOC 2. There is no public price: the site shows a 7-day trial and a custom Enterprise plan.
Good
Up to 9 engines on Enterprise
Front-end capture, stated on its site
Prompt volumes and source authority data
SSO, SAML and SOC 2
Says it serves 1,000+ enterprise brands
Watch out
No public brand price (agency plans from $99 a month)
Best for: Teams that want audits and an AI-agent-ready site
Scrunch Core is $250 a month for 125 unique prompts on ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews and Copilot. Claude, Gemini, Google AI Mode and Meta AI are on its custom Enterprise plan. It also builds a lighter version of your site for AI agents. Sitecore acquired Scrunch in June 2026.
Good
Perplexity, ChatGPT, AI Overviews and Copilot on Core
125 unique prompts and 5,000 responses a month on Core
Best for: Teams that want 11 engines and content actions
AthenaHQ's Starter plan covers 11 models, including Claude, Grok, DeepSeek and Meta AI, for $295 a month. You buy credits (1 credit is 1 AI response) instead of prompt slots, with unlimited prompts and seats. It recommends on-page and off-page actions to close citation gaps. A free Essential plan has 300 credits.
Best for: Small teams that want 8 models without add-on fees
Trakkr checks eight models daily on every paid plan, including Claude, Perplexity and Grok, with no per-model fees. Growth is $100 a month ($83 billed yearly) for one brand and 50 prompts. It also writes articles and pushes approved fixes to your site.
Otterly.AI has the lowest entry price on this list: Lite is $29 a month for 15 prompts on ChatGPT, AI Overviews, Perplexity and Copilot, with unlimited seats. Gemini, AI Mode and Claude are paid add-ons. Billed annually, Lite is $25 a month.
Ahrefs Brand Radar runs more than 519 million prompts built from its keyword database, so you can see AI visibility for a whole topic without writing prompts. Custom prompts start at $50 a month, the AI Visibility Index is $199 a month, and prompt tracking is free on paid Ahrefs plans.
Good
519M+ prompt index from real searches
Mentions, citations and AI share of voice
Prompt tracking free on paid Ahrefs plans
Covers ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot, AIO, AI Mode
Best for: Semrush users who want AI data next to SEO data
Semrush sells AI visibility as its own plan and inside its SEO plans. The AI Visibility Base plan was shown at €94.94 a month per domain, billed annually, for 25 prompts on ChatGPT, Google AI, Gemini and Perplexity. The SEO Starter plan adds 50 daily prompts.
Best for: Brands that want statistics and run AI ads
Evertune samples each prompt 100 times per model and draws prompts from a panel of more than 150 million real user prompts. Starter is $60 a month; Pro is $800 a month billed annually with 11 models and Partner Connect, which links you to affiliate partners on cited sites. It also manages ChatGPT ads for a share of media spend.
Best for: HubSpot users who want a simple daily score
HubSpot AEO tracks 25 prompts on ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity for $50 a month ($45 billed annually). It shows a visibility score, sentiment, share of voice and cited domains, and suggests posts, page updates and third-party outreach. It is labeled beta and is included in Marketing Hub Pro and Enterprise.
Promptwatch: $95 a month for 50 prompts, says it scrapes the chat interfaces, with offices in Amsterdam and New York listed on its site. Promptwatch pricing.
Rankscale: from $17 a month (yearly) on credits, 17+ engines and a cadence you set from hourly to monthly. Rankscale pricing.
Knowatoa: $59 and $199 a month, with a weekly digest of what changed. Knowatoa pricing.
Which tool should you pick?
You want a clear price and daily data on the big engines: Peec AI, or Promptwatch at the same price points.
You need Claude and Perplexity without an Enterprise contract: Trakkr or AthenaHQ.
You sell to enterprise and need SSO, SOC 2 and every engine: Profound or Scrunch Enterprise.
You already pay for an SEO suite: start with Ahrefs Brand Radar or Semrush before buying another tool.
You want to test the idea for under $50 a month: Otterly.AI Lite, HubSpot AEO or the free HubSpot AI Search Grader.
Mostly, yes. GEO (generative engine optimization) tools and AI visibility tools both run prompts in AI assistants and report whether your brand is named and which pages were cited. Vendors pick the label their buyers search for. The difference, where there is one, is that a "GEO tool" usually also suggests what to change.
Most trackers on this list now do both. Peec AI includes gap analysis and recommended actions on every plan (Peec AI pricing). Otterly.AI includes AI search optimization recommendations, with 3 a week on Lite and no weekly limit on Standard and Premium (Otterly.AI pricing). So if a list of "best GEO tools" and a list of "best AI visibility tools" name the same products, that is why.
What is an AI rank tracker, and which tools work as one?
An AI rank tracker is an AI visibility tool under a name SEO teams know. It runs a fixed set of prompts in ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and other assistants, then records whether you are named, where in the answer you appear and which pages the answer used. Every tool in the ranking above does this.
"Rank" is a loose word here. Assistants don't keep a fixed results page, and answers change from run to run. In Prefer's study of 960 answers (September 2026), repeat runs of the same question shared 96% of cited sites on Perplexity, 68% on Claude, 37% on ChatGPT and 35% on Gemini (Prefer). So a useful AI rank tracker reports how often you are named across many runs, not one position.
What to look for if you want rank-tracker style reports:
Mention rate across runs, such as "named in 7 of 10 answers", rather than a single number one day.
Position and share of voice against named competitors. Peec AI reports visibility, position, sentiment and share of voice daily against competitors (Peec AI pricing).
Prompts tied to real demand. Ahrefs Brand Radar runs more than 519 million prompts built from real queries in its keyword database (Ahrefs). Peec AI scores the demand behind each tracked prompt from 1 to 5.
The engines on the plan you can buy. Check the table above: several tools keep Claude or Perplexity for higher plans or add-ons.
Exports or an API, so the numbers can sit next to your Search Console report.
If you already use a classic SEO rank tracker, start with the AI features of the suite you pay for (Ahrefs or Semrush in the ranking above). Buy a separate tracker when you need more prompts, more engines or daily data.
What are LLM SEO tools, and do you need more than a tracker?
"LLM SEO tools" is a wider label. Search for it and you find four kinds of tool mixed together. Only the first kind measures AI answers.
Trackers: they show where AI names you and which pages it cites. Every tool in the ranking above.
On-page and content tools: they score your page against the pages that outrank it and list what to fix. PageOptimizer Pro, for example, describes itself as on-page SEO tools to rank in Google and AI search. These improve your own pages; they don't tell you what AI says.
Crawler and site checks: can AI bots reach and read your pages? Peec AI includes crawl insights from bot visits on its plans (Peec AI pricing), and Otterly.AI includes GEO URL audits, 1,000 a month on Lite (Otterly.AI pricing).
Files such as llms.txt: optional. Google says you don't need new machine-readable files, AI text files or markup to appear in its AI features (Google Search Central).
For most B2B SaaS teams, one tracker plus the SEO tools you already have is enough. None of these tools gets you onto the third-party pages most answers cite. The next section explains why that matters, and our guide to LLM SEO covers the full work, including how SEO, GEO and AEO differ.
What can't AI visibility trackers do?
A tracker tells you where you are missing. It does not change the answer. For "best X software" questions, most of what AI quotes sits on pages you don't own.
In a Prefer study from July 2026, 40% of the sources AI assistants cited for buyer questions were independent lists. Vendors' own sites got 34%, review sites 3%. The study covered 188 answers from ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Claude.
In Foundation and AirOps' 2026 study of 5.1 million AI responses for 50 B2B brands, 2.24% of AI citations on category questions went to the brand's own pages. The rest went to pages it doesn't own.
So the useful output of a tracker is a list of cited pages: the "best X" articles, reviews and LinkedIn posts behind each answer. Acting on that list is separate work. You fix your own site, and you get onto the third-party pages, which means talking to their publishers.
Some trackers now link to that second step. PartnerStack's Content Marketplace takes citation reports from Evertune, Profound and Scrunch. Profound's PartnerStack nodes match cited domains to PartnerStack publishers for Enterprise customers. Evertune's Partner Connect connects to impact.com and PartnerStack. Noble, a placement service, names Scrunch and Otterly as partners on its site.
Rank Monthly is a different kind of product, so it is not in the ranking above. It books businesses into the listicles, newsletters and LinkedIn creator posts that buyers read and AI assistants quote, and keeps them there. A tracker shows the gap; Rank Monthly is one way to act on it.
A different approach: placements, not tracking
1
1. Rank Monthly
Best for: Acting on the third-party lists AI cites
You add your website, Rank Monthly reads what you sell, scans competitors and finds the searches you want to show up for, and you set a budget. It books you into list articles that already rank, new sponsored articles and LinkedIn posts. One ledger shows every placement, page visit, click and AI mention, month by month, with what was paid. It does not promise rankings or AI mentions: Google and the assistants decide.
Good
Places you on third-party pages, which trackers don't
Pay monthly only while the spot is live, or once for a new post
Payment held until the placement is verified live
Publisher numbers come from connected Search Console and Analytics
An AI visibility tool runs a set of prompts through assistants such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Claude, and records how often your brand is named, how it is described and which pages the answer cited. Most run daily and compare you with competitors.
What is the cheapest AI visibility tool?
Of the tools we checked on 31 October 2026, Rankscale's Essentials plan is $17 a month billed yearly and Otterly.AI Lite is $29 a month for 15 prompts. HubSpot's AI Search Grader is free but gives a one-time score, not ongoing tracking.
Which AI visibility tools track Claude and Perplexity?
On plans you can buy without a sales call, Trakkr and AthenaHQ Starter include both. Scrunch Core includes Perplexity and keeps Claude for Enterprise. Otterly.AI includes Perplexity and sells Claude as an add-on. Peec AI keeps Claude for Enterprise and lists Perplexity as a paid add-on model.
Does Profound have public pricing?
No. On 31 October 2026, Profound's pricing page showed a free 7-day trial with 50 fixed prompts on ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI Overviews, and a custom Enterprise plan. Its FAQ mentions an Agency Growth plan without a price.
Can an AI visibility tool get my brand into ChatGPT answers?
No. A tracker measures. To change answers you improve your own pages and get onto the third-party pages AI cites, such as "best X" lists. Some trackers suggest outreach or connect to placement marketplaces, but nobody can promise a mention.
Is Rank Monthly an AI visibility tracker?
No. Rank Monthly books businesses into listicles, newsletters and LinkedIn posts that AI assistants quote, and reports AI mentions in its ledger next to placements, visits and clicks. Use a tracker for full prompt monitoring.
What is an AI rank tracker?
An AI rank tracker runs a fixed set of prompts in assistants such as ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity and records whether your brand is named, where in the answer and which pages were cited. Answers change between runs, so a good tracker reports how often you are named across many runs, not one fixed position.
What are the best GEO tools?
GEO tools and AI visibility tools are mostly the same products. For B2B SaaS we rank Peec AI first for a public price and daily data, Profound for enterprise, AthenaHQ for wide engine coverage, Scrunch for audits and AI-agent readiness, and Otterly.AI for the lowest entry price, checked on each vendor's site in October and November 2026.
SE Ranking, Semrush and Ahrefs track Google AI Overviews by keyword inside an SEO suite. Peec AI and Otterly.AI add prompts. Nine trackers checked on their own sites, plus free ways to check.
ChatGPT ads are paid, labeled units below some answers for Free and Go users, billed per 1,000 views or per click. OpenAI says ads never change the answer itself.
G2 reviews help, but they are no direct line into ChatGPT. g2.com is often cited, yet review sites got 3% of AI citations in one study, lists 40%. Keep reviews honest, and get into the lists.
