This page explains what Rank Monthly collects on rankmonthly.com, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Last updated 1 November 2026.
Who we are
Rank Monthly BV, Kapelweg 12, 3951 AC Maarn, the Netherlands, is responsible for the personal data collected on this site. Questions and requests go to hello@rankmonthly.com.
What we collect
When you book a demo, we receive:
- your name and work email address
- your company website and, if you are a business, your monthly budget range
- whether you signed up as a business or a publisher
- which form and page you used, the page that sent you here, and any campaign tags in the link (like utm_source)
- your country, worked out from your IP address by our hosting provider. We don't keep your IP address ourselves.
Why we collect it
To set up your demo and follow up about Rank Monthly, and to learn which pages and campaigns bring requests. We use your details because you asked us for a demo. We check that your website exists by looking up its domain name. We don't use your details for anything else, we don't sell them, and we don't add you to a newsletter.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may set a strictly necessary cookie to protect the site from bots.
Who handles it for us
- Cloudflare hosts the site, runs the demo form and looks up your website's domain to check it exists.
- Slack is where demo requests arrive, in Rank Monthly's own workspace.
Both work on our instructions under their data processing terms. They may process data outside the European Union; those transfers are covered by the same terms.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or 12 months after we were last in touch if you don't become a customer, whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, by emailing hello@rankmonthly.com. We reply within one month. If you think we handle your data wrongly, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Changes
When this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
